The 2025 Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS) placement results have been announced. Kastamonu University again ranked among the top choices in higher education this year, achieving a total occupancy rate of 99.45%.

According to the placement results, associate degree programs at our University reached 100% occupancy, while undergraduate programs achieved 98.90% occupancy. Additionally, all newly established programs in artificial intelligence, green transformation, healthcare, and digital technologies in agriculture reached 100% occupancy.

Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal, shared his assessment as follows:

“With its student-centered approach, qualified academic staff, and research infrastructure, our University has once again become one of the most preferred higher education institutions. The 99.45% occupancy rate achieved in the 2025 YKS results indicates our commitment to excellence in education. The fact that all newly established programs in artificial intelligence, green transformation, healthcare, and digital technologies in agriculture have reached 100% occupancy clearly demonstrates that we are taking the right steps in areas that shape the future.
